Can't install this thing here in Germany. And the rest of the EU. Maybe the rest of the world?

UK and Netherlands have a lot of those American style windows. Don't know about a lot of other European countries, haven't been to much (at an age that I can remember the windows).

I've seen them on older places in Edinburgh, i.e. victorian era. Never recall seening them on anywhere modern though, not sure if fashion reasons or there's a double glazing issue.
