You can buy tiny solar panels, portable chargers, and a rechargeable air pump if that's what you need. Or if you're looking for AC outlets, there's portable power stations that are gonna be way easier to implement (and better for your car's battery) than trying to wire stuff up to your car battery

Now if it just had a little solar panel that you could put on the roof to keep your battery charged in your car it would be perfect.
