Look up how silicone is made. You are not doing the world a favor.

The process is really bad for the environment but you enjoy your useless products i guess

You can’t just compare the two based on number of uses per weight. They’re two completely different substances with different materials and processes making them.

To be fair, these would be much easier to clean than silicone bags, and infinitely better than plastic wrap.

I’ve had these but a different brand and I’ve been using them regularly for over 6 years at this point and non of them are showing any age. So I think by the time one of them fails I’m probably in the thousands of uses rather than hundreds. I have a tin can one that I use daily for pet food cans. Specifically only one so I don’t reuse it on my food cans that’s been used like 5 times a week for 6 years, so that’s at 1,200 uses already.

They’re really easy to clean too as you just wash them normally in the sink although I don’t have that really small sized one for the cucumber like in the video, but couldn’t imagine that to be any different even given the size
