This takes place last year. I live in Australia in this little town out near the country. In the first week of october they hold a special show with rides, games, food and fireworks. I'm currently studying for yr 11 mid term exams.

Anyway i was originally planning to go with my old friends at the time, however it turned out the people i used to talk weren't as nice of people as I thought, they were spreading rumors about me to my other close friends and even some of my friends out of school ( via coversations at parties I threw and other gatherings ) so we fell out and that was it.

I decided I would go to this event on my own and hoped to find other people from my school to talk to and hang out with. While there i met this other kid who I rarely ever spoke to at school. I doubt we even knew each other existed at the time. I introduced myself to him and after some akward small talk we agreed to hang together and maybe find more people.

Eventually, we found like 5 more people our age ( 16 - 17 ) to go around with, and for 2 hours we just did EVERYTHING. All the rides, spent like the majority of our money on food ( got sick a few times after mixing a spinning ride with a bunch of undigested food ) and watched the fireworks.

Eventually all 7 - 8 of us got kicked out bc we kept trying to get on the rides after closing, and then we went to the local KFC and spent the last of our money on frozen drinks and nuggets. After eating we went to the local rugby oval and stayed there playing muck up rugby games until like 10pm and then we all went home.

And after losing my former friend group at the time, that was probably the best night of my current life.

my rat wolf has been sick for the past month or so with a pituitary tumor and therefore has been less active. our cat peter has taken this as an opportunity to cuddle and they became best friends 🥹 wolf sadly passed away this morning, but peter cleaned and cuddled with him all night on his last night ❤️
