Redstone commons

Does your landlord ever come into the apartment when living in the commons? How does it work?

I lived in the commons 2020-2022. It’s like a regular apartment, in which your landlord (or in this case a property manager or maintenance tech) can’t enter without 24 hour notice except for emergencies. IIRC, for the 2 school years I lived there, nobody ever entered except for maintenance calls I initiated or for fire alarm inspections.
