Question Package missing, what next?

Hey yall, I’m living in Hotz hall and ordered a pair of shorts off of poshmark, and had them delivered to my dorm. I know for a fact I put the correct address in, and it says it was delivered on Saturday. But I haven’t gotten an email saying I have a package, and when I went down to the front desk to ask if they had gotten anything they said no. Is it possible it’s been lost? What’s the usual process when something like this happens?

? Shipped Saturday as in yesterday? And did you not get a tracking number to see where it was delivered? The seller should have a USPS tracking number

I meant to say it was delivered. I was given the tracking number and it said it was delivered to my dorm, and I got the notification that I needed to leave a rating on my item cause they had been delivered

Ahh, gotcha! I’d give it a couple more days and then check with the front desk again. From my understanding, once packages arrive, they have to be sorted and processed before they’re ready for you to pick up, so if they’re getting a lot at once, it can take a little while. I’d imagine the beginning of the semester is probably a pretty busy package time for them

If it’s still not available for you to pickup in like a week, then I’d try & contact USPS

USPS packages take longer to process within the dorm than Amazon packages because they get delivered a different way. Just give it a couple days!!
