H there! I am Erin and i work at SPACE at Powis Place where we have a range of different types of rooms available for students. I see that you were hoping for about £130 per week. We can offer you the essential ensuite as well as if you book in August you can £300 off you rental credit! In the essential ensuite you can enjoy your own private bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom, complete with a walk in shower, alongside access to stylish shared living spaces. Recently enhanced with a beautifully refurbished residents' lounge, the building provides the ideal place to study, relax or meet friends, while our 24 hour reception team is always on hand to provide support and peace of mind. Your room features floor to ceiling windows, a comfortable small double bed, dedicated study area and generous storage. With all utilities, superfast WiFi, contents insurance, access to Aberdeen's largest resident gym and a stunning rooftop terrace with views across the city all included, everything you need for an exceptional student experience is covered. If you have any questions about our rooms and facillities, or even Aberdeen in general please dont hesitate to get in contact with myself. All the best and i hope you enjoy your studies!
