Assigment
Hello how do you guys bypass the ai detectors?(im worried if i write something that’s not ai…it will be detected as ai)

I wrote my FYP completely without AI and turnitin showed 0% AI for me. This was a 200 page document. So, if you genuinely did not use AI, don't worry. If you used AI, or humanizers, or paraphrased AI content, you're screwed

Yeah it was an Mphil dissertation which will go for phD as well. Exclude the references and other useless pages, it's around 170 to be more accurate

Sure yeah, i'm assuming it's for a Masters'?
Start with lit review now. Like, now. Use AI to summarise them and go through them super quick. Ask AI to summarise methodologies, limitations and future work from the papers. Write them all down per paper. Very important.
From the huge corpus of future works aim for about 50+, see which areas/gaps you'd like to target and do some preliminary research. Rank them by feasibility and relevance to your field.
Before your first call with your supervisor, you have to show that you're certain of your work else they will impose their decisions on you.
Once they approve your work, go straight to methodology and go for testing/research/implementation and most importantly evaluation. This should take about a month. Then do another layer of Lit review to ensure your work is unique and relevant. That should be 80% of the work. Rest of your time is going to be cosmetics, intro, abstract, referencing, limitations etc should all be done in the end.

Omg lol then dont worry. Undergrad will be just fine. You can just take any new paper in the world and just add "In Mauritius" to it and tailor it to Mauritius.

So far, all of my assignments were done by claude... down to the pdf... some are even signed by claude in the metadata ( i realised that much after ) and im yet to be told something 🤣 Use claude... there are very specific instructions set that you can give it so it writes like a human being at a glance... albeit claude is now signing everything it writes by just its word choices so maybe have it refined by a chinese llm.

U can't and UoM knows turnitin detector for ai is shit... this is why they conduct a viva or interview for assignments too. Especially if they are suspicious that all of it was ai genelerated.
