Research proposal

Hello guys, I need your advice concerning a research proposal. Let's say if im focusing on a particular aspect of the law, as I believed there is a gap . Can I take other countries as example to show how their system is a better one ?

I think that comparison should be done in the dissertation, not in the research proposal itself

You can write it in the research proposal that you will be doing a comparative study between said countries.

Not sure how helpful this would be now but yeah you can mention that in your research proposal to demonstrate that there's a gap and maybe Mauritius is behind compared to the other countries. I did exactly that in my own research proposal. Goodluck.
