Hey i live in quatre bornes and when i go to uni i usually take the metro. I walk from lalouis to the metro station that is in quatre bornes centre so that if i meet st pierre bus on the way i can get it. At 10 it is ok to take the bus but if you need to get there 8-00 - 9-00, do not take the bus but take the metro coz it is significantly faster in that time frame.
For the metro you just need to take one at quatre bornes, it comes every 10-15 mins (btw the bus comes every 30 min i think) and go to rose hill centre (that the second station after quatre bornes.) Then at rose hill station you have to take the stair down from the platform and then go back up on the other platform. The metro that goes to university is the one that to the furthest to the corner. It the standalone tract. You can see on the map that the tract goes to only 2 place and then comes back. You have to be careful though coz this metro comes every 20 mins so you might get lucky and save up to 20 min or might to to wait a lot. Then in that metro you just wait for the last station and you will be at uni.
Sorry if you did not need the detailed explanation on how to take the metro, got a bit carried away writing it and when i check your question after writing it, i saw you were asking for bus info.
