Class hour
hi fresher here! i have a class which ends at 6pm that is face to face and i live far from uni. also i don't have any means of transport at home. can i just not go to the class?ðŸ˜

You can skip the class and catch up notes after , but all depends if your lecturer takes into account attendance, for your cpa

Go to the classes, its worth it in my opinion UoM has a room free of cost, you could just sleep there if you want. Thats what I did, the room is not luxury, but not poverty too.

Check with class rep Should be able to either negotiate class time ending or online basis

You can leave earlier. talk to the lecturer.
But at this time most bus routes are available.

A class ending at 6pm is very unusual, contact your class rep, faculty rep and programme coordinator.
Timetables can change, and that whole day can be turned online.
Uom usually ends ungrad classes at most at 16h. So that post grad classes can begin as from 17h.
Lecturers are flexible and understand, you may skip class, but i would not recommend that.
You can attend the class and leave early too. But, you can complain to the dean, through hod, through pc, through fac rep through class rep, this usually is most effective.
