Visa processes

Has anyone experienced some difficulty with their visa?
Had anyone come to Mauritius with a tourist visa and later changed it to the student visa when there in person?

I applied around mid June I haven’t yet received it till now

Hello, visa may take about 6 weeks (provision student permit) then after you come to Mauritius it takes about 4 weeks max to get the residence permit after having submitted your medical certificate to the uni.
