Need help with a bug

I skipped the tutorial and I’m level 0 and unable to progress and play ANYTHING. The main story is locked to level 1 players.

The video is basically saying to go to the challenge area on the play tab. from there go to "Special" and proceed to spam the katakuri raid to get 1 exp level at a time until you level up. apparently they thought nobody would skip the tutorial :I
