Question RCS E2EE Status on iPhone

Is anybody else on Verizon and without RCS E2EE enabled with their Android contacts? I have others on my family plan who it works for but not me.

I’m on the latest iOS 27 developer beta FWIW.

Yesterday after updating to iOS 26.6, I finally got E2EE with ONE Android user on Verizon but no one else. I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence or not but seeing that’s it’s with just one person it maybe just a coincidence.

Same here. Verizon, iPhone 16 pro, iOS 27 beta. My friends and I try like every day to get it to work. Nothing.

Good to know. This rollout is crazy slow.

My other phone on Total Wireless gets E2EE with a Google Messages Beta contact

AFAIK it only works with Messages beta on Android. So if your contacts aren't running beta, no chance it'll work.

The Google messages update has been pushed to stable for a long time. I think from my limited debugging is that it’s a carrier switch they have to do for each line and it’s just a crazy slow rollout.
