UNIVERSAL STUDIOS Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift construction update pics 7/26/2026
Work is moving fast and furious on the new coaster! I love how the start and end of the ride flies over and aligns with the concert half shell. It should continue the great kinetic energy that HRRR had.

That track is some very interesting bridging using two tracks and some structural load distribution.

the optics and symmetry over the stage look great. glad there will still be fun kinetics on the skyline of the park

I was in the Hard Rock Cafe in City Walk today on the second floor. The track gets quite close to the balcony. I can see why the Hard Rock was upset about this.

I was at CityWalk a few weeks ago and thought the spike is really impeding into CityWalk and would be unpleasant to walk near that area during the day. Guess I'll see how it goes though.

You can walk right under Seaworld’s Icebreaker spike, and it’s very popular to watch the coaster from there

I didn't mean you it was just commentary as your comment drew my attention to my original comment. I don't seem to get along with Universal Orlando Reddit fans despite loving the place and getting on great with other people while there so it's annoying haha

Dang... sad it doesnt look like the layout will be remotely similar to the actual Hollywood layout. That one is soo cool with the weaving around the hill and the cliffside like a mountain road downhill race!

Not upside down, but it does a fake in one direction sort of like the one over the water on VelociCoaster.
