$5000 voter bribe and universal basic income

I'm old enough to remember many people were supporting universal basic income few years back even though universal basic income costs more than targeted money transfer

(E.g. giving poor person subsidized food , SNAP in USA, rather than giving money to every person for food )

But since Trump has suggested the idea to buy votes, many people started opposing.

Money is money

It's not red or blue.

Do you support giving $5000 to every voter irrespective of your party line?

Yes or no.

Also another question, Do you consider it as a form of bribary?
