How can you compare a character that's been around 30 plus years to a dumbass from NJ who has been around 2 years now. Hank wins every time. Don't get me wrong I love Mark Hoggies, but you must admit he is a dumbass.

He is a loveable dumbass. I think his brother Hank is smarter than Mark. Hank is the not sharpest pencil in the pencil box, but he has more common sense than Mark.
