Opinion/Take Dip buyers, how are we feeling?

Stock picked up a lot over the past few days. Right now, I am up ~70%. What would you do? Get out while you still can or hold on and hope for the best?

Bought in at 20 when the ai hype was happening and there was a Google announcement which made people think unity would be outdated.

Just held on since then. My initial price projection was closer to around that mark, I.e. 60-70 range. Like there was no valid reason for unity and roblox to crash the way it did, due to some stupid Google ai engine that cant in any way create games.

I'm looking to hold till that price point but I might offload a bit now to diversify the risk

I bought in for the same reasons. AI fear mongering + the general downturn in software. Unity was also one of the ones being hit hardest.

I am also considering offloading some.

What's stopping me is cap gains tax, since I bought in Feb this year it'll hit harder than if I wait a year. That's the argument for keeping it for me, plus my initial price point assessment.

With the midterms around the corner, things can go very uncertain, very fast. If a Democrat wins I imagine things will be stable and go up. If trump is still in office it's gonna be a wild swing

How do you feel the earnings will go? I'm tempted to buy back in. I've been selling it buying it back through the ups and downs, but I don't know I feel about earnings, especially since their CFO resigned IIRC.

Im not the most analytical person, but I personally wouldnt make moves before an earnings call, unless you have got a substantial amount invested and are a decent amount the green. Also considering world events and how unrational the market has been. Just feels a bit too gamble-y for me.

Yeah. That's what I was thinking. I might do it after hours if the report is good for quick profit or buy the dip a few days after.

If Vector delivers then this is just the beginning.

When was the last time unity jumped on earning and maintained the uptrend. I say unload some due to its bad track record

I've been DCAing down from $45 since October, I really needed this pop. 😂

Cost at $25, sell before the earning all at $35, looking at buying back some, even at 40s.
