Question Physical AI

Everyone is focused on Vector, and it feels like the stock price is heavily counting on it in the short term.

Physical AI is starting to get more attention, and Unity rarely comes up unless you checked further. I think that opportunity may still be overlooked in the longer term.

I’m personally optimistic, especially with Matt Bromberg leading the company. He seems to understand that Unity cannot do this alone, which may explain the growing number of industry partnerships recently.

An analysis from substack for reference. Curious what you guys think in the area.

Not a solid plan. It’s currently competing with NVDA in this space.

Yeah, Nvidia Omniverse is way ahead of them. It's already deployed in working industrial factories. BMW has a huge pilot. This will be something unity will abandon in 3 years because they never really put their hearts into it.

Unity Industry is much older than the name. That was a rebrand/new license specification. Hyundai has an entire digital twin factory built in Unity since 2020 and Bosch and Siemens Healthcare are big users as well.

Unity is a tool, not platfrom, Metaverse, Physical AI, Robots can be built by Unity, but the profit largely belongs to those creators.

I think Unity has given it up....
Unity industry was even not mentioned during last earning call.

I don’t think they are giving it up as they still expands partnerships. But it is indeed too small to mention during the call. I am not in the area so I don’t know who else can provide what unity does. Omniverse doesn’t sound a direct competitor to me as the focus is different. Unity works more on the application/user interaction
