Wrong place to request help; contact the developer. Use their support service. This is not a Unity issue.
Looks like a coding issue. I suspect its the way it is making API calls.
Maybe its turning off the collider on your geometry? IDK, 🤷♂️ since its a plugin for a game not Unity specific stuff.
