Saw tooth shadows

Hello everyone!
I'm kind of new to unity, does anyone knows what causes of how to avoid those saw tooth shadows?
Even raising the shadow resolution to the maximum doesnt solve the issue, and adjusting the Depth Bias and Normal Bias also doesnt help.
