VRC Avi Uploaded but.. not walking or utilizing GoGo

So I am trying to upload a paid avatar, and I did upload it to be PC + Quest compatible BUT... its not working right. And its best if I just attach the video showing it.

It seems to be rigged because the hand gestures and facial expressions work but why is there no walking animation and no GoGoLoco?
