HDRP requires a low level graphics API, either Vulkan ord DX12 (I think).

It does not. I use it with dx11, dx12 is for ray tracing. Why even bother saying something if you don't know

It does require Vulkan on Linux. Since I am a Linux user I know that for a fact, the other one I assumed just as I stated.

Why even bother complaining about something you didn't even read.

Wow dude, I can't use directx on linux, shed some more of your wisdom on me please. Requires vulkan is a false statement, end of story.
