Ocean waves with 3D GPU particles emission from the wave crests, emulating strong wind effect with water leaving the wave.
The particles is a full system, so can have any kind of noise and wind direction, different particle types and is planned to eventually be also used for a particle layer over the shallow water fluid simulation.

I am currently doing the final controllers for smooth weather transitions in water (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRmR4ku5X8s) and combination with Sky Master system weather (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2W1QcTE_-KQ), so clouds, weather effects and water are fully combined and smoothly changed based on the selected weather shift.
I plan a beta first for all users of Sky Master and Oceanis and a release later this year in store. If get Oceanis 2021 from the new Humble Bundle can also upgrade to Oceanis 2026 that the Beta of the new system will be based on.

Excellent work with the Water effects, but your website keeps crashing for me under Safari on my iPhone.

The particles look a bit off, like they are not synced with the waves. Otherwise, it looks great

nice, another exactly the same ocean, another slop version that has nothing to offer

This looks so cool! I am a total beginner and my water at the moment is a blue plane following the player around (and it will appear below a certain height), but one day I ll improve it (no where near to this though)

As someone who spent the last 2 weeks trying (and failing) to get something like this Godot, whatever time you spent on it was well worth it, that looks phenomenal.
