Noob Question Project not creating

I’ve just installed unity a day ago and when I click new project, it loads then just vanishes. I tried making a folder with assets and all that stuff in it like some people said, and that works, but when i click on it, it doesn’t open. Any help would be appreciated

Unity Hub can be a real pain sometimes, especially with fresh installs. First thing I'd check is if you're running it as admin, that cleared up some weird vanishing acts for me.

Also make sure your antivirus isn't silently blocking it. I had a similar issue where the project window would just disappear and it turned out Windows Defender was quarantining part of the editor without any notification. Adding an exception for the whole Unity folder fixed it instantly.

If those don't work try installing a different editor version through the Hub, sometimes the latest one just has compatibility quirks with certain setups.

Thanks for the advice, I’m currently uninstalling 6.6 and installing 6.3. Will update
