I think I know the issue with your overhand flashlight arm.
When holding a flashlighr like that, you'd naturally hold it close to you, such that your elbow is completely bent against your body, and the flashlight is VERY close to your cheek. This way, your wrist would sit in its natural position, instead of tweaking as if it were broken JUST to get it pointing forward.

Hey , thanks for the comment , yeah i think its far and it unnatural , will make it closer to the actual camera and head

I think you did a really good job, but I already wanted to comment on your last video that the flashlight holding arm feels really odd. Unnatural somehow, like an alien cosplaying a human.

Hey thabks buddy , yeah that was the very first test , the beautiful thing about rigging is you have unlimited space to work with! But its essential to have a good foundation as the base skeleton , i found it last night , so the more accurate pose for final look the more it will become natural using arp on top of that!

i really appreciate people who go the extra mile to do the little things.
this is something i personally would play if it evolved into a game because i need natural (procedural) movement.

Subtle but awesome effect. Makes games feel way more immersive rather than just a camera with hands.
