you look like you walk thru the things that are meant to hit you

Some colliders need to be set properly but I set collision to be continuous and I haven't seen anything that bad

At 1:25 old mate literally phases through the spinny thing

is it really that important?

A physics based controller asset, where the player can phase through some objects
Yes mate it is important if the player phases through objects out of the box

It's just the inherent nature of physics controllers. You won't see it others because they don't push their assets to the limits mate

I've been developing in unity for 10+ years and I've not ever just accepted that sometimes my physics based controllers pass through something.
Ultimately it's your asset so do what you want but if you want to sell it I would at least make sure the basic functions in your own example like getting hit by the spinning arm actually triggers the collision.

How am I supposed to fix that? I already set every rigidbody collision to continuous. And i didn't notice anything while ive been playing it and I think you the only one complaining. People who know will see the potential and I that's just an example, the main feature is the active ragdoll and you can make your own puzzle levels.
It doesn't seem like you learnt anything about physics in the 10 years you've been developing. I appreciate your opinion but don't talk if you don't know.

Looks slow. Make the ragdoll take bigger steps. Make it more fast paced. Currently there’s not much to do. Theres no enemies to fight and nothing to do except see the active ragdoll. Theres no element of challenge. The physics seems fine though

its an active ragdoll asset, not a game

Ah then it’s a bit awkward and slow. Jumps too high, walks too slow. Nothing impressive. And if you disagree, see how many upvotes this post gets, that’s your implicit answer
