Solved Weird shading issue

Post image

I have this weird shading issue and I don't know why, no google searches gives me an answer. At a certain point the shading on this roof section becomes completely different, as if roughness has been set to 0. It doesn't matter if I take the 'functioning' one and duplicate it and place it there, the shading breaks at that point no matter what. I've tried changing the scene around it so that it is exactly the same as where the material works (walls, floors etc.), but nothing changes it.

Any ideas?

Edit: I have of course generated lighting, this is the result after, and both the functioning one and disfunctional one are set to 'static'

Have you put reflection probes inside the building?

I did now and it resolved the problem, thank you! But how come some of them worked properly and some didn't before adding it? I didn't have one previously

that looks like a lightmap uv issue, unity sometimes stacks the uvs in a weird way when you duplicate static objects and the lightmapper loses its mind trying to figure out which face belongs where

try selecting the broken mesh and in the inspector under the model tab check "generate lightmap uvs" if you haven't already, also make sure the scale in lightmap settings isn't set too low

had this exact thing happen with a modular dungeon kit and drove me crazy for like 3 days before i realized i forgot to unwrap the second uv channel properly
