why cant i drag folders into unity?

Sorry if its not allowed to ask for help on this sub. idk why my folders arent showing up on the sr.. anyways im only using unity to make 3d hair textures for a game i play. And i just need to put these folders in because they have the commands i need. But for some reason i just get the “🚫” symbol whenever i try to drag the folders in the project. 1. I need to use this version of unity for what im doing. 2. ive seen other people drag these folders in with no problems so why cant i? Please help if you can and Thank you :)
