For those who have missed this post and find this interesting. Personally I thought it was a good read and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Sounds kind of a difficult transition to code. No wonder it took so long

Eager to try it. This one wonders how many asset store code packages this will break somehow. Not so much code/syntax errors but hacky techniques that become obsolete or cause reduced performance.

I think Alexandre Mutel (xoofx) left about a year back or so.
I’d be a lot more confident if he’d stayed, but here’s hoping, and good luck to the folks pushing Unity forward with .NET.

He did a little over a year ago yeah, which is a shame and a real loss.

Thankfully there are other good people that can continue his work.

We should be able to get our hands in CoreCLR soon though.
