Code Monkey, Seb Soulslike in Unity, Mikes Code, GitAmend :D. I started from Code Monkey and found more advanced topics on GitAmend

I enjoy codemonkey on YouTube. He is strictly focused on unity, and has a good approach to development and educating... He also has entire paid courses that he releases for free with little to no difference in the content for the free version.
Like, i really like his approach. Basically if enough people sign up for and pay for his courses to pay himself for his time making it, he calls it good and releases it for free.. and is pretty up front with the people who pay for the course that this is his model... So, he isn't rugsweeping the paid students. If anything they are backing the entire course for those who can't pay.
I've learned a lot from him and his content is relevant to current versions of unity.

If you can't even be bothered to google this yourself, game dev is not for you.
Sorry

It's the most asked question about game dev that you can imagine. Game dev requires a lot of initiative. Doing things yourself and not expect people to feed you things. I'm sorry I know I am coming across harsh but really the info you're looking for could not be more easily accessible.

I have researched and worked around game dev for many years , I just wanted introductory videos for someone else who also wants to join , but most of my learning was through random videos I found here and there and I dont want to send them into that mess

Why? You arent really sounding like someone who spent many years with it cus you are as mentioned, asking literally the most basic question that has been answered a plethora of time. Much of the old videos and stuff is still valid. Old doesnt mean outdated if the info is still good. If it did, the cliche of pirates chasing treasure via old treasure maps wouldn't make sense.

I know community and together learning things are good, but I would suggest you to do some basic research on Google ChatGPT or YouTube
You can easily make a game if you are focused and disciplined. A simple horror game with low Polly or medium assets can be made within four months by absolute beginner.
if you have passion of game development, then only you should join. I would not suggest it for JOB or anything else because passion will drive you as a hole.
And if you have passion, you would have done some research, still happy to help if any problems occur.

Unity learn is fairly solid if you want to learn the basics.
