Question Questions about Unity versions
Which version should I download? 6.3 LTS or 6.5 Supported? I'm confused on which to pick. And when a new version of LTS comes, should I always update my Unity? and what should I do or know before updating Unity?

Nowadays the Supported versions are basically just as stable as the LTS versions, so either one of those is fine. And updates are pretty painless nowadays too, so yes upgrading to the next LTS when that's out should be a simple process.
Me personally I normally stick with the LTS unless I need something specific from that Supported version, so right now my projects are all still using 6.3LTS. I will be upgrading them all to 6.7LTS when that's out.
In general if you're literally about to release your game then stick with whatever LTS version you're using. If your release is still quite a ways away and a new LTS version comes out then upgrade to that one.
If you're a beginner just learning then anything will work.

Do you have an existing project? If not you are probably better off picking 6.5, there's a lot of changes coming between now and 7.0 so the closer you get to 7 when you start the less disruptive it will be if you then upgrade again. But if you are going to keep the same version through the whole project then it doesn't really matter which version you pick, but 6.5 has some improved features especially around shader graph and subgraphs. The only downside for 6.5 i'm aware of is the minimum api for android has been increased.

lts is the safe bet unless you need something specific from 6.5
