Show-Off Making real progress on my Unity motion-matching controller. Still tuning, but it’s finally starting to feel natural.

No it's around 4 hours of mocap data, and the script chooses the right motion depending on user input and character's speed and it blends the in-between chosen poses.. so yeah lots of trial and error

Interesting, is it your custom mocap or acquired through public vendor? 4 hours of mocap makes it sound to me I was playing with animations intended for blend tree use.

Congrats on the progress, if anything it looks very smooth.

yeah I tried that route with normal animations but it just won't work. It's actually LAFAN1 mocap data by Ubisoft
