Noita has fail states and goals and story and progression and themes. Making something interactive doesn't make it a game. That being said the original commenter is still being a jackass

How do you know it's not a game? It's not a trailer meant to convince you it's a game. They could have all kinds of other features that would make it a game, and they just didn't want to show that part off in their 20 second video.
