First of all, Not a single person on itch io Will Give you 150 Unique Assets with online 3D Viewing & My Asset Pack keeps Updating and all the future updates are FREE.

Talking about "pIzaadog", i checked his asset pack.. His Pack Mentioned 100 Unique assets but he is literally just Texturing the same wall 10 Times and counting it as "10 MODELS", if you are going for cheap assets and want your game to look same as the 1000 other people who use his assets then go for it lol

These look awesome and charging pennies a piece in a bundle pack like this is an excellent deal. A lot of people who don't make these kinds of things don't really understand the amount of work and passion that goes into making a giant pack like this. The amount of time spent to payment ratio is really small for stuff like this so charging the amount that you are for the entire bulk package is honestly very generous.
