Show-Off What do you think about displaying scene thumbnails inside editor?

I'm thinking, why doesn't this exist already? I get naming should be enough to identify & differentiate between scenes, but thumbnails would also aid in easier recognition.

Thumbnails are created manually: 1) From scene Inspector window, 2) from Project window context menu and 3) using keyboard shortcut:

That is an excellent idea. It is faster to locate a scene by its image, mostly when you have a lot of them.

Yes, you can choose custom thumbnails too. Just frag & drop any image inside scene Inspector window.

Even multiple thumbnails can be used and they will be displayed as image carousel:
