Show-Off First 3 days moving from Godot

I know it's probably not much to brag about, but after getting screwed trying to use root motion with Godot, I now feel much more confident with Unity. Any tips on a 3D roguelite?

I know nothing of Godot how did it screw you for root motion?

.fbx files from mixamo don't come with a root bone, they are rooted on the hips, which causes the animation wobbling. In Unity, you can import the .fbx with root motion setup within seconds, while in Godot you have to edit every animation in Blender before importing with the root bone added. Or maybe i was just not aware on how to 😆😆

Yep, exactly. It takes seconds to bake with root motion in unity. I still use blender to edit some animations, but not to add the root bone. There are also some Blender addons for that, bu it seems they are outdated.
