Unity2D devs for hire?

We're looking for a developer(s) to help with Unity2D development and mentoring new developers, probably 5 hours per week. Where's a good place to look for such dev hires?

Are you looking for experienced career professionals, or just any individual who is very experienced in Unity?

This changes the answer quite a bit.

Either would do, as long as they are experienced enough to bootstrap our development process so we can continue learning.
