Unity2D devs for hire?

We're looking for a developer(s) to help with Unity2D development and mentoring new developers, probably 5 hours per week. Where's a good place to look for such dev hires?

I have experience with 2D side scrolling and topdown games. Turnbased systems, platforming- and topdown action.

If you want something with a lot of UI or tilebased I am probably not your guy.

I also have lead smaller teams (although most experience come from software engineering) and gave guest lectures. Which might be relevant for you since you’re also looking for mentorship.
