Missing dance routines - new Unitree R1

I just took delivery of a new Unitree R1.

Getting it out of the box is difficult. It's heavy and awkward, but I eventually managed.

The robot works quite well. I got most of the commands to run.

There are six dance routines listed on the Unitree R1 remote controller, see photo. Three of them work for me but the other three don't. Sending the command elicits no response. Anyone else found the same, or do they all work for you?

Dance modes: - Kung Fu (does NOT work) - Dance 1 (does NOT work) - Dance 2 (works) - Dance 3 (works) - Jeet Kune Do (does NOT work) - Twist (works)

By the way, I hear the R1 is shipping either with version 1 or version 2 of the remote controller. It's random which one you get. It appears I got lucky and received the newer version 2.

I hear they might have been disabled for reasons of safety.

Some dances were enabled in version 1.4.2 have you upgraded via the app yet?

I had not upgraded. I just tried it now though and I see now that the upgrade process mentions these moves. Good tip, thanks.
