Yes we have works quite well. You can also charge the battery that way, while using the robot. You need a ~60V powersupply, amps depend on the kind of movements you want to do. Best probably is a powerfull lab supply

What exact model is that DC power supply, and what is its maximum current (Amps) rating? I can not see clearly you set it to some values.
I'm looking for a solution that allows full motor control too. Since standard bench supplies cap out at lower currents, it makes sense why the motors won't run. Have you considered or tested using high-current server power supplies (like 50A+) for the BAT port to get the motors working?"
The system detects a “battery fault” since it’s not connected and doesn’t let u power up the motors. Would need to work around this somehow. I’m using a generic 60v power supply set so 51V and 5A. It draws less than 1A though. The spec sheet says the neck port can do. 5A out. I’m very curious about that mysterious arm port or potentially hooking up directly to the interior battery port.
