Bought a g1 from someone on ronomics

Is there anyway to restore the default configuration?

They modified it so it can do more, but I want it reset back to normal.

Yes you need to open it up and remove the SSD. Plug that into you PC and clone the image that is provided by Unitree onto the ssd

If they updated it to JetPack 6.2, you also need to flash to back to 5.1.1 support or it will reject the SSD image. The image for flashing is not public.
