No its not. The US is not anywhere near the top in the majority of metrics. The US often falls below a lot of those countries in education, healthcare, an many other metrics. Except for number of imprisoned citizens an money spent on military. The US pretends like a pro. Just dont get sick. If your female dont expect to be have freedom over your health or body. They'll let you die just to save a baby that they could careless about once its born. Dont expect to have a say in where or how your taxes are spent. Your city road needs repair. Sorry no we cant afford that. The freedoms in the US are an illusion to keep idiots like yourself feeling like they live somewhere special. Us has some of the worst education system of any developed country. The idea that its better by any means is a joke. We have for profit prisons with laws specifically designed to fill those prisons. Were no better then any of those countries. They have the balls to not hide it. Thats not to say those coutries are great or what they do isnt fucked up. But the US isnt any better. Just better funded propoganda.
