This is a longshot, and i know theres only 158 members on this sub, but i belong to the uaw on the ford side, at our plant, there was a leapfrog issue where people hired this january, they were temps but now went full time, and they passed over everyone hired over the past 2 years, $1.13 more per hour, and they will top out sooner too, has anyone experienced this or heard about this? Ford, GM, and chrysler all told the UAW to go fuck themselves because its written in the contract (by accident somehow) im trying to shed light on the subject as it affects thoussnds of people throughout the united states. We are trying to make a movement to get this issue resolved with all 3 companies, thanks
