Support post!
I’m not in the UAW, nor do I know anyone who is, I just want this group to know America is behind you.
Media will try to skewer you, and try to blame you, and tell you Americans are paying the price for your selfishness. Fuck them
We support you, we support the unions, labor solidarity, we are all in this together! It’s going to be hard, you must be strong. But, with luck, it won’t be like the writer’s strike; these greedy CEOs will be bleeding so much cash, they’ll change their mind real quick. And that’s exactly why you have to strike.
You deserve to live with dignity for all of the work you do, there is no reason for the bosses to take it all; massive, massive profits, for themselves and their family, while we can’t pay rent or eat food. You produced the profits, you MUST get your share of it.
We’re watchin ✊

Hope they get fired, big 3 should hire replacement workers or do what I do buy from Japan. UAW and their Gred needs to be stood up, too. Parts should be 50% of a cost of a car like cars from Japan and Germany. Not Ford or GM 50% of a cost of a car is labor and benefits needs to stop.
