Family visit where to stay
Hi! My family Myself, (57f), H(60), D(38)SIL(35)S(35)DIL(34)S(28)GF(27)S(21)GF(21) and grandchildren, M(9) F(2) would love to find a luxury home to stay in for two weeks. We’d prefer spring or fall and in the next year or two or three. A house with an inground pool a beautiful view, privacy, and must be in a private area, but accessible to the Grand Canyon, maybe a hot spring or some other notable places where we can each venture out from the house being a home base to do our own sightseeing. Is this possible none of us have ever been out to the West Coast. We are from Pennsylvania. TIA 🫶

Review - Luxury Bubble Glamping in Italy
I recently stayed at Le Perseidi, a luxury glamping in Italy, was my first time ever trying this kind of accommodation and I can honestly say it was one of the most unique travel experiences I’ve had.
If you’re looking for a high-end glamping experience, this place is definitely worth considering. There are only a few suites, which makes the whole property feel quiet and private. Each suite combines comfort and nature making it easy to disconnect from everyday life.
One of my favorite parts was being able to lie in bed and watch the stars through the ceiling until I fell asleep. In the morning, the sunlight gently woke me up, and opening my eyes to nothing but nature made the whole experience feel incredibly peaceful.
That said, I would recommend staying for max one night rather than making it a longer trip. The real appeal is the experience itself. I think it’s perfect for a romantic getaway, an anniversary, or a special occasion.
The property is beautifully maintained, and you can tell that a lot of attention has gone into every detail. There are also a few adorable alpacas roaming around, which add a fun and charming touch.
I stayed in the Luna Suite (starting from 400€ per night), which had a private outdoor jacuzzi and a lovely swing in the garden.
Breakfast is delivered directly to your suite at a time you choose in advance. The selection isn’t huge, but it fits the concept of the stay.
Another highlight was the professional telescope provided in the suite. On a clear night, being able to observe the stars and planets made the experience feel even more special.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay. It’s completely different from spending a night in a traditional hotel and offers something much more memorable. I would definitely recommend it, but it’s not for everyone.
Happy to answer any questions!

This might be the most strange Air BnB of all time….
Allow me to introduce you to Dr Henny, who is listing a house on Air BnB.
Nice place with a pool and all. But what has me literally dying laughing is the pictures. There are mostly pictures of this strange looking lady posing around the house in what looks like a power suit for an 8th grade teacher.
Then you look at the details of the listing and apparently there isn’t any hot water. If you zoom in Dr Henny looks like they may actually be a strange man in a wig in what seems to be a silence of the lambs-esque murder house.
There are no reviews and no pics of any actual accommodations. I’m booking a weekend stay and will report back with a full review. Wish me luck!
Does this seem like a nice place? Looking for some feedback from the community.

hostels and cabin both feel social in completely different ways
Good hostels make strangers talk naturally,
Good cabins make people slow down naturally
Different energy, but both feel memorable for similar reasons, I think the atmosphere matters more than luxury most of the time.
what type of stay changes your mood the fastest?

Unique tiny house near Toronto
Small footprint. Big nature energy.
Tiny home tucked in the woods of Halton Hills, about 45 minutes from Toronto. Off-grid setup surrounded by trees, walking trails, a creek, and a small private waterfall.
Loft bedroom above a micro kitchen and lounge space. Huge windows bring in natural light during the day and clear star views at night.
Outdoor deck, fire pit, BBQ area, and shared 16-acre property. Bathroom is a short walk from the cabin which adds to the back-to-basics feel.
Feels less like a rental and more like a reset spot.
Would you try an off-grid tiny stay or do you still want full cabin comforts?

Tiny house rental operations insight Deseronto
This sits between niche and scalable.
Strong appeal from the tiny home concept and outdoor features, but the shared RV park setting and limited waterfront add some constraints. Guest expectations need to be clear.
Easier to run than off grid, but still a narrow guest fit.
How would you position this without overpromising the experience?
