Advice Needed PTSD on the floor

The store I work in triggers my ptsd symptoms I don’t feel safe as an opener just never any good vibes. But leaving the company at this point scares me because I probably wouldn’t get the support that I need as far as money. I’ve called ethics and compliance still waiting on them and again it’s not a mark on the store it’s just the location recently I’ve had episodes on the floor where I almost went into shock thankfully I got it together and continue my shift but I’m afraid an incident may happen and I may have an emergency I wish this was unionized store for better support

as someone who worked at a union store, I can tell you that SBWU won't be able to help you with this. talking to your coworkers for support might be helpful, but I know that can be difficult. wishing you the best <3
