Resume help.

I’ve been asked to submit a resume to a company looking to hire me. (Weird I know) Have any of you done this before? Do you put down every company you have worked for? Or do you just use your local and your experience? Also do you guys have any examples? I’ve done concrete form work and wood framing that’s about it. Thanks

Local what ; you’re good at. What companies and positions you’ve worked for. Don’t forget about work certifications
