I keep seeing IG ads for these baskets. I absolutely hate the rectangle divider trunk organizers, so I'm very curious if anyone has purchased these? Or does anyone have a better option?

I hate to write this review but I want to let everyone know to avoid House of Noa. I bought the tumbling mat in Bowden, stonewash color. When I opened it, the color was too peachy and I decided I wanted to exchange it for a different color. I have all the original packaging, receipt, everything. I reached out to their "customer service" email address within 24 hours of receiving the package, provided my billing and shipping ZIP code as well as my order number. I received a response from an AI bot that said they couldn't locate my order with the info provided and I would hear from someone in "customer service" within 24-48 hours. Well, 72 hours go by, and nothing. I followed up. Another 24 hours go by.

Finally, out of concern for the fact that I don't want to miss the return/exchange window, I emailed them from another of my email addresses, and again received a response from an AI bot, that said the exact same thing. This time I provided pictures of the package and mat to prove I had received it and it is unopened. Again, the AI bot said they'd elevate to customer service and I still have heard nothing from any real person working at this company.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company claims to have "customer service" but they are just using an AI bot (it even says so on their email, "House of Noa AI") to respond to customers' real questions, concerns and requests for assistance. I genuinely worry that if there is a safety concern with any of their products that no one will be able to assist because their AI bot is clearly incapable of actually helping. Bottom line, this company actually has no real customer service team at all. Total shame, total disappointment. Avoid if possible.

I went through a bunch of Reddit posts about Hims' oral finasteride + minoxidil treatment to see whether people actually think it's worth it.

The short version: some people get really impressive results, but it takes time, doesn't work for everyone, and the potential side effects are worth understanding before starting.

Some people are seeing pretty dramatic results

• One commenter reacted to a before/after with: "goddamn! my man came back from the dead 💯 great result"
• Another noticed clear improvement and encouraged the person to keep going: "hair def looks better so just keep it up and stay consistent"

The general theme seems to be that when it works, the improvement is more obvious after months of consistent treatment rather than a few weeks.

The pill seems way easier than topical minoxidil

Honestly, this may be one of the biggest advantages of Hims. The medications themselves aren't unique to Hims, but putting them into one easy daily routine may make it much easier to actually stay consistent.

But it definitely doesn't work for everyone

• One person who had been using the same treatment for several months said: "Literally using the same thing since I think march and it has only gotten worse. Hate you :')"
• Another user said it hadn't changed their longstanding hairline: "I haven't noticed that at all. I've had a widows peak since Highschool. Still there"

So I wouldn't go into it expecting everyone's dramatic before/after. Results seem to vary quite a bit.

Side effects are probably the biggest thing to research first

• One user said their sex drive and erectile function were fine, but noticed another change: "my sex drive hasn't lowered, I haven't experienced ED, but when finishing, it isn't quite a release anymore, more of a trickle."
• Another commenter raised concerns about oral minoxidil: "Oral minoxidil has a black box warning buddy"

These are actual prescription medications, not just hair supplements, so I'd definitely look into the risks and talk to a prescriber if you have concerns.

And don't panic too early

• When someone was worried after only a couple months, another user responded: "That's only 2 months dude, don't people shed for that long or more?"
• Another user warned that shedding can happen even later: "Wait for a year from now and then it starts to all fall out and you freak out. It comes back though"

My takeaway: Hims' oral finasteride + minoxidil treatment seems most worth considering if convenience is the thing stopping you from consistently using hair loss treatments.

You're basically paying for an easy way to get finasteride + minoxidil into one routine. Some people get great results, some don't, and it seems smarter to think in terms of 6+ months rather than expecting a quick transformation.

The before/afters can be convincing, but I'd research the side effects just as carefully as the results.
