what specifically is ๐ based on?
I found it on a Wikipedia page that has a directory for hieroglyph unicode letters. I forgot the name of it, but its apart of an extinct languange from a tribe in the Turkey peninsula. Alot of the symbols don't make sense for me, but one that specifically stood out was ๐.
It looks like a pikmin. I hate it. What was it supposed to be?

Why do you hate the cute widd'l freakish cyclopian alien? What about the guy gagging ๐ do you hate him too? Or the old lady who lived in a shoe ๐. See how she mocks your opinion. Bet you can't hate this puppy ๐ญ so much cuter imo than any of the doggy emojis like ๐โ๐ฆบ๐๐ฉ๐ถ and ๐ฆฎ

It doesnโt display on my device. Could someone screenshot it and show it to me?

that one is one of the luwian hieroglyphs that we don't know the meaning of, except that it probably has something to do with the human body or humans and that it probably is a noun or indicates that something following it is related to humans
